Our modern luxury apartment is in a small complex just 100 metres from the golden sandy beach in the quiet, picturesque resort of Puerto Mogan. It is within 2-3 minute's walk of the marina, fishing harbour, shops and restaurants, many of which are found in the delightful pedestrianised zone known as "Little Venice".

This newly-furnished apartment can be reached by stairs or lift and has a lounge with kitchen area, a shower room and a double bedroom.

Both the lounge and the bedroom have double patio doors leading out onto the large terrace, and using the sofa in the lounge, which converts to a double bed, the apartment will sleep four. The bedroom has plentiful wardrobe and storage space.

Between the kitchen area and lounge area is the dining table, which seats 4 people. The comfortable and relaxing lounge area has a three piece suite (including the sofa-bed), a television, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is fully-equipped to cater for four people:

• Door entry phone
• Iron and ironing board
• Vacuum cleaner

The terrace has a sliding panel at the side which can be closed for privacy and shelter, or open give a view of the sea and of the pool on the floor below. The main view is across Puerto Mogan and out towards the mountains.

Two large awnings can be wound out to provide shade and all the patio doors have shutters for security. This spacious terrace easily accommodates the patio table, 4 chairs and sun loungers providing substantial area for relaxation and sunbathing.

The heated swimming pool also has an extensive terrace and a shower.

If you hire a car during your stay you will be able to make use of the secure underground parking with remote control access. However, if you do not wish to hire a car, transport between airport and apartment can be arranged by our local agent.
